There are many family-owned archery pro shops around the nation. One of the oldest continuous establishments is Weaknecht’s Archery in Kutztown, PA.
With a $300 equipment order from Bear Archery, Dick Weaknecht set up shop in 1964. A location midway between Reading and Allentown provided the shop with a large base of customers and three years later Weaknecht annual order from Bear totaled $18,000.
Today, Weaknecht Archery is the area's oldest operating archery shop with more inventory and selection then even some big box stores. Weaknecht Archery has become a name known for honest expertise and qualified service at reasonable prices. Now serving third and fourth generations of customers, at Weaknecht Archery you will get the one on one customer service you would expect for in an archery shop.
